Accrued income and expenses versus receivables and payables

These will be treated differently for tax effect accounting

The key difference between accrued income (expenses) and accounts receivables (payables) is, that it is not recognised by another party.

There is no invoice in the system for receivables, and therefore no payable in the other parties system.

It would be like "the step before that".
