There are 2 options

Option 1
Use your own MS excel worksheet.
Transpose the quantities and amounts into Xero.
Click "add report".
Search livestock.
Insert it from "Extra reports"
This report can be used for each category, so insert one for sheep, one for goats, pigs etc.
This should take 5 minutes.
Do it LAST.
95% of my clients use this method.
Option 2
Use this template and copy and paste the data into the report.
This option does not present as well as option 1 but is easier and quicker.
