It depends on SIZE.
Large? = YES, and they need to be audited
Medium? = Maybe, and they could be reviewed or audited, and you elect to do it anyway
Small? = NO but you can elect to do it anyway

The ACNC has a portal that the documents are uploaded on.
An annual information statement is also required.
